Sponsorship offers should be submitted to the Embassy no later than January 31, 2021.
The 2021 Promotional Program in the United States, organized by the Embassy of Italy in Washington, will be structured around events scheduled throughout the year, including the following (exact dates still TBC): Celebration of the 160th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Italy and the US; Italian Research Day (April); FareCinema (May); Italian Design Day (May/June); Italy’s National Day (June 2); Week of Italian Language in the World (October); Week of Italian Cuisine in the World (third week in November); Giornata del Contemporaneo – Day of Italian Contemporary Art (December).
All the initiatives will be promoted and given due visibility on the Embassy's website, on the Embassy’s official social profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and through additional communication activities for the media and pertinent US companies for each activity or review.
In view of the planning of Promotional Program events and expositions in the United States in 2021, the Embassy will alsp make available to sponsors the opportunity to enhance their brand, image, and activities in the context of the activities planned for each scheduled event or exposition such as programs, press releases, infographics on social media, roll-ups and/or backdrops.
