True Italian Taste Master Class “Boot Camp”

On September 14th, over 50 attendees joined the inaugural True Italian Taste Master Class “Boot” Camp.

During the Master Class and tasting session, participants were led on a guided exploration of the flavors of Italy’s Piemonte region by a panel of expert speakers. Participants partook in a journey of discovery of Piedmont’s PDO and PGI products with Industry experts, IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi and a Michelin Starred Chef delve into the characteristics and qualities that define these products and explain the geographic significance associated with their production and unique characteristics.

Master Class “Boot Camp” series is part of the “True Italian Taste” project, funded by the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and executed by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad, in order to raise awareness of and safeguard authentic Italian food products. “True Italian Taste” is part of the “Extraordinary Italian Taste” initiative.
